Great little place within walking distance of local hotels. I had the Harvest Benedict, which was wonderful. Way too much food, ended up taking half back to the hotel. Saturday morning at 8 and was able to get a table right away. Started filling up more by the time we left. The servers were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

My partner had the Flatiron Burrito, and I had the “You Can Thank Us Later” Benedict. Both were delicious and came in large portions. I also had their lavender latte, which was really good!

Wasn't busy, but it should have been! Great place nestled amongst the other shops at the Flatirons Mall. I just happened to spot it and was in the mood for French Toast. It was excellent! Kailee was very attentive and courteous. Well done! I'd highly recommend stopping by this little gem of a restaurant!

Excellent food and love that you can make a reservation for brunch! The vibe inside was very cool for a Sunday morning. Loved the variety of mimosas...you’ll never catch me passing up a passion fruit mimosa! I got a pretty straightforward breakfast, but it was very tasty!

Some local friends brought us here, and we were not disappointed. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast with scrambled eggs and a side of bacon. My wife had the avocado toast. Everything was really good, and when we're back in town, we will definitely come here again

Wow, where do I even begin? EAT! has officially become our new favorite brunch spot! We went all out and ordered a feast, starting with their gluten-free avocado toast, which was vibrant and flavorful. The bacon, with its perfect split of jalapeno and maple, was a game-changer! To wash it all down, we enjoyed a refreshing Bloody Mary that set the tone for the meal. For the main event, we dove into the Denver scrambles, which were hearty and delicious, and we couldn’t resist trying two orders of the gluten-free huckleberry French toast. Let me tell you, it absolutely lived up to the hype! Fluffy, sweet, and simply divine, it’s the best French toast I’ve ever had—gluten-free or not! What impressed me most was the variety of gluten-free options. It’s rare to find a breakfast place that truly caters to gluten-free diners, and EAT! knocked it out of the park. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic brunch experience. We’ll definitely be back! Our server was amazing and the atmosphere was quaint with both outdoor and indoor seating options. We didn’t have to wait terribly long either which was another surprising treat.

This has quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast — I’ve been here three times already, and each visit has been fantastic. The food is consistently delicious, with generous portions that leave you full and happy. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked eggs, everything tastes homemade and fresh. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. Pablo, our server, has been outstanding every time. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, always with a warm smile and genuine care. You can really tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend — and if you’re lucky enough to have Pablo as your server, you're in for a treat!
